With over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Donnie Franklin leads our Consultancy and Sales department.
His experience in various roles during his career have allows him to provide valuable perspective to projects both during the consultancy phases of the project and then in the estimating phase. He is dedicated to ensuring that each project takes into considerations that may impact the guest experience or the budget of the specialty rooms.
Outside of work Donnie enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf with friends.

With over 30 years of experience in ID Design and Project Management, Markus Siedler leads our Design and Engineering Department.
He began his career in an ID Design Studio in Austria, working on high-level private properties and hospitality projects in Europe. Over 25 years ago, he transitioned into the SPA industry, where he has worked in various roles including project manager, ID Design, and product development. Markus’s passion lies in transforming ideas into aesthetically pleasing areas and creating spa experiences while also considering operational and functional aspects.
Outside of work, Markus enjoys astrophotography, spending time with his family, and tec diving with friends.
